Confirm Your Place at UK All new, transfer and readmission students must participate in Big Blue Nation Orientation.

Confirm your enrollment by paying your orientation fee and enrollment deposit, then sign up for your Big Blue Nation Orientation. (Transfer students are assessed the orientation fee after participating in BBN Orientation; there is no enrollment prepayment for transfer students.)

If you’ve already registered for orientation, you can find your orientation date in myUK > Student Services > Admissions > BBN Orientation Registration. Expect BBN Orientation information in your mailbox 3-4 weeks before your date!

Complete Your FAFSA

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for 2024-25 is now open. All students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA. For maximum consideration of financial aid, incoming first-year students should complete their FAFSA by our March 1 priority deadline. (FAFSA's are continuously accepted.) First-year students who complete their FAFSA by March 1 should expect their financial aid offer in late spring 2024. Use UK's school code - 001989 - on the form.

Living on Campus

Some of the best memories of college come from living on campus. Friends are made every day in a residence hall, on a walk to class or over a delicious meal.

Visit Campus

Every step matters. You’ve taken a great step by applying to UK, but take a few more with us by visiting your new home. We have a community eager to show you where a UK education can take you.
