Change of Plans
If you no longer plan to attend the University of Kentucky, you can let us know through our Change of Plans Form. This form will notify us that you will not be attending UK.
You’ll need to access the form using your UK Application Account credentials.
Please note: after you submit the form, your admission status, scholarship, financial aid, housing and orientation information will be withdrawn by the University of Kentucky.
