Taylor Blair

Executive Director of Prospective and New Student Programs

Taylor Blair is the Executive Director for Prospective and New Student Programs at the University of Kentucky, working with a dedicated team to support campus visits, events and new and returning student orientation.

Throughout his time at the University of Kentucky, Taylor has taken on roles as admission officer, Visitor Center Director, and Orientation and Outreach Director. He served as Acting Senior Executive Director for Enrollment Management in 2024-2025. 

Taylor is a past president of the Collegiate Information and Visitor Services Association (CIVSA), which supports professionals at more than 600 institutions.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Taylor is committed to helping all UK students succeed and to advance Kentucky. The best part of his roles at UK has been the opportunity to support and mentor dedicated student workers, fostering their growth and success.

Taylor holds a Master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education from Morehead State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Kentucky.
