University-wide Navigation

The University of Kentucky is dedicated to seeking greater success by enhancing partnerships with community colleges as well as international institutions, and one important way of doing this is by creating degree pathways.

A degree pathway is an officially approved agreement used to assist students in taking the appropriate courses at a community college or international school that will transfer for credit toward a bachelor's degree at the University of Kentucky. These agreements are designed to help students make a seamless transition when transferring to UK.

Degree Pathways Kentucky Community and Technical College System

As pathways are created and updated, Undergraduate Admission will post them here. If you do not see a pathway for a degree you are interested in, please email us at uktransfer@uky.edu. Any pathway which is college-specific will be noted.

Additionally, students enrolled at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington may qualify for our Blue+ Program. This innovative partnership affords qualifying BCTC students with a dual-enrollment opportunity to accelerate their progress to degree in a UK major and/or minor. Learn more about the Blue+ Program here.
